Join us on the edge of Waikiki for a sumptuous fusion of Italian cuisine and local flair in the midst of Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Fresco serves great tasting seafood, pastas and steaks that will be sure to exceed guests’ expectations. Menu concept was inspired by North, Central and South region of Italy. Fresco produces menu infusing the true Italian flavors from the traditional three regions and collaborates with the fresh local touch and Hawaiian ingredients.

The intriguing contemporary atmosphere, modern furniture, large windows overlooking the lagoon and an outdoor landscaping that draws the eyes of travelers on their way to the ocean.

Extremely overpriced, mediocre to bad Italian food. I read the reviews before booking but the menu had things my family would like and the location was great so I booked anyway hoping it would be good. Of the items we ordered, the calamari was the best. Of the dinners, the chicken parm and fettuccine alfredo were okay, although the alfredo sauce had congealed slightly by the time it god to the table. The penne ala vodka was terrible. Undercooked penne, and a sticky sauce that in no way resembles the creamy vodka sauce it should. The pasta with lobster and shrimp has an odd tasting sauce and the pasta was also undercooked. Service was decent, although we had to ask multiple times for drinks or a bread basket (which we did not get). The bill was extremely high and there is an added kitchen service charge they do not tell you about. It was small but I dislike hidden fees. Overall, I wish I had paid attention to the reviews and booked elsewhere for Italian.

Some of the best Italian food ever eaten. The risotto with grilled garlic shrimp was on point. The flavor over ever ingredient came through. Saved room for the tiramisu and crème brûlée and they were fantastic! Don’t sleep on this little gem.

We give 5 stars in all categories! Our server, Brook did a great job. The food was very good and the atmosphere was ideal. Quiet setting with open air room. We will be back the next time we come for vacation!

It was a different experience for our family. The food were served warm and fresh and our server was attentive to our needs. It was a good experience but if you are on a budget, this is not a place for you. This is only for special occasion but hey, if you want quality, this is a place to go.
