Join us on the edge of Waikiki for a sumptuous fusion of Italian cuisine and local flair in the midst of Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Fresco serves great tasting seafood, pastas and steaks that will be sure to exceed guests’ expectations. Menu concept was inspired by North, Central and South region of Italy. Fresco produces menu infusing the true Italian flavors from the traditional three regions and collaborates with the fresh local touch and Hawaiian ingredients.

The cocktails were well made, and the food was delicious. They comped our drinks due to some issues on their side, which we weren't even worried about. Overall, for a very busy night like Valentine's Day, the server was attentive, and very friendly. There was a small wait to get in but only a few minutes, the food come in a reasonable time, as well as drinks. Price points were well set, if anything I thought they were undercharging a bit. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

It was valentines day,wanted a special dinner. Was hoping for ambiance not here. It was OK with a sunset but overcrowded. The food was good, not great. But for an restaurant near the beach, touristy, it was OK.

We have been to this restaurant many times in the past and always been happy. This time when we received our bill there were several unexplained fees added in. We had not been told about them and they made no sense except to increase our bill. We will not be returning

The food was good although we had to send back one pasta dish as it was prepared very oversalted. The first basket of bread was all hard. We asked for a new basket. Our Caesar salad needed more dressing. Wait staff was great.

Great place to eat with the kids, wonderful server and we all loved our pasta dishes! The kids especially enjoyed the Italian sodas!

Our reservation was at 9:15pm on Dec 31st. My partner ordered the fish of the day with potatoes - it was lukewarm (almost cold) when served. It would have been a wonderful celebration date for us if it weren’t for that. Our waiter was sweating on his face (unhygienic). I understand it was a busy night and the last order we were told is at 9:30pm but it’s not the customer’s risk if they want to rush going home for the new year’s eve celebration with their families. Although the location, the wine, the appetizers were good, I don’t think we’ll be back.
