This restaurant forms part of El Dorado Royale & Casitas hotel and reservations are subject to acquiring the Night-pass for El Dorado Royale Resort.

Combine your dining and entertainment plans into one unforgettable night. The Fuentes-Culinary Theatre offers one of the most innovative culinary experiences imaginable, featuring a full outdoor cooking show under one of the resort’s beautiful palapas. Our head Chef and Sommelier will take the audience through the melding of textures, flavors, colors, and aromas of the finest ingredients from our very own Greenhouse – and pair them with a premier selection of wines – all producing an astonishing five course meal for your appetite’s delight.

    Great experience. Smaller portions, but still was satisfied at end of dinner. Server was fantastic and enjoyed the dinner theater experience. Would do it again.

    The food was amazing. The music and entertainment paired with the cooking show. The details of what was on the food and how it was cooked kept was captivating. The pair of the wine with the food was good. It is,my second time, and I would go again.

    Fuentes is one of our favorite things about Casitas and El Dorado! It's such a unique experience, something we really haven't seen anywhere else. The foods always amazing, and the presentation/show is great. Plus, they have an incredible guitar player, Paco, who plays in between courses, very entertaining and skilled. Overall highly recommend Fuentes, did take one star off for value because they recently upped the price to $35, from $10. While it is an amazing show, still think charging $35 per person at an all inclusive resort is a bit much. Overall highly recommend!

    This was a great night! If you have a chance to go, GO! It’s fun, freaking delicious & everyone is so fun & sweet! There’s a wine pairing charge of $45 each, we aren’t wine people but a lot of people did it & it looked fun!
