Gabriel's Bar and Restaurant has been a NYC staple for over three decades. Gabriel's brings the quintessential flavors of Italy right to the heart of Manhattan. Established in 1991 by Gabriel Aiello, his restaurant is known for providing excellent service and great food throughout the years and being home of many famous personalities. With rare dedication towards his craft, Gabriel will still find time to greet you at the front of the house and make your experience memorable. Now at our new home at 40 Central Park South, we are proud to continue the same tradition, with the same sensibility and care.

No Show/Cancellation Policy: A fee of $25/person will be charged for no shows and cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation.

The service was excellent! They had gluten free items on the menu that made the day for one in our party. It was so good that we went back the next day.

If the restaurant intends to close and finish serving customers by 10:30 PM, they should not accept reservations for 10 PM. Additionally, if closing the kitchen at 10:30 is of significant importance to them, they should inform guests who have a 10 PM reservation that the kitchen will close at that time and encourage them to place their dessert orders early. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Although we were served by the owner's son, who has been pleasant in the past, this visit felt rushed, as if they were eager to expedite our departure.

Well, it was our first experience not so good in NYC. They don't bring our food together, they just forget about my niece's choice. I ate alone and finished my plate when her food came...very uncomfortable...but the food was good. It would be nice to enjoy the meal together.

A beautiful restaurant and have been here before. Delicious dinner. Gabriel.himself is so gracious and kind. Staff is terrific. One of my midtown favorites!!
