Great service and their food is by far the best I’ve ever tasted anywhere. I will be dreaming of the spinach and ricotta ravioli in a pistachio cream sauce. We also tried the jumbo shrimp special for our appetizer….the breadcrumb topping was very similar to a stuffed artichoke filling. It was amazing! We can wait to go back

My wife's birthday, reserved online with romantic table request ,we were originally sat in bar area ,had to request another table ..corner window.train view Berwyn warmth... Great authentic meal . Amore

Gaia’s is my favorite restaurant. I love everything about it - the food, servers and ambiance. I’m glad it’s successful because it’s well deserved. I can’t wait till my next visit!

What an incredible restaurant. Service, food, ambiance was perfect. We had not tried this restaurant for a few years and it is just amazing. We will return.

Well… the food was good, we had an appetizer, it was a meat platter with cheese, veal Marsala, chicken Parmigiana. Flavor good. Nothing crazy really. A highlight would be the experience of the cacio pepe. The check went up to 145 including tip. So for the price payed i definitely think the have really bad service :/ I made a reservation for 4 pm a week ago. When I got there, all the staff seemed to be talking in the bar. Really loud, we could hear them conversation, the lights were on, the music was like reguetón, merengue. Things you wouldn’t expect to hear at an Italian restaurant. The bread took a solid 15 min to be brought on our table when we were the only ones at the restaurant. They were clearly not ready to open the restaurant, nor serve costumers. It was only until about 4:30-4:40 when they turn off the big panels down, and leave a more settle illumination, stop talking really loud and changing the music and lowering the volume of it for a more soft and smooth vibe. Definitely not the best experience. Somebody needs to change the opening time, to when the staff will be actually ready to serve, so like 4:30-4:40. Or inform the staff the staring time is at 4 pm. Would definitely not recommend to be there before 5 pm. :/ And if you’re not a fan of pepper, I think it’s important to know all the entres mentioned have a lot of pepper seasoning. This place truly has a lot of potencial to offer a great experience, it just wasn’t that for me today
