Gallery Restaurant serves contemporary American fare for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.  Menus change seasonally to provide fresh regional ingredients. An exclusive art display from a local gallery establishes an authentic gallery feel. Enjoy an impressive wine selection honored as a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Gallery Bar offers a casual option for lunch and dinner and has an extensive Whiskey collection.  Diners enjoy monthly culinary events and seasonal Al fresco dining. Private dining offers an elegant space for small social events and meetings up to 20 guests. Gallery Restaurant is located at The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte on the corner of Johnston Road and Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Dress code is business casual or nice dress, no baseball caps please.

Hotel and restaurant guests are invited to join us for a festive night of dance and celebration in The Great Room, Carolina Room and Gallery Bar for New Year's Eve from 9pm - 12:30 am.                                       Very good food - seafood and steaks were well prepared. Drinks were delicious and nice wine by the glass selection. Service was excellent! The hostess and our server, Gina, were lovely and went above and beyond to make our experience very enjoyable.

                                      I was very disappointed in my recent meal at the Gallery. I decided to have lunch here to celebrate my birthday before getting a massage. We usually go to brunch or dinner at the Gallary, and the food is always good. However, my lunch and my son's lunch were awful. They charged me extra for grilled chicken after I did not like the smoked chicken on my salad. When I complained about the experience, all they offered was to refund my $10 chicken add-on. I would have expected more from such a nice restaurant. Perhaps it wouldn't have mattered so much if it was not my birthday.

                                      We had a wonderful meal, overall. The service was outstanding with personal touch. The food was also delicious! Our only gripe was a large party got seated next to us and ended up being quite loud. This isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but it did detract a little from the overall dining experience. Still, we’d absolutely return in the future.
