Our menu is inspired by contemporary Italian cuisine with a French influence. We offer casual ala carte options from 11AM till 3PM daily, as well as a set tasting menu known as our "Leisurely Lunch". From 5PM till close, we are an evolving prix fixe tasting menu in the main dining room and offer ala carte options at the bar and patio. Our robust beverage program includes a full bar and wine cellar delivering a variety of pairings for each course. Executive Chef Peter Froese has been featured in numerous articles such as the Seattle Met for his carefully curated "Chef's Marathon" as being a foodie experience one should take advantage of while in Spokane. Gander and Ryegrass is located downtown in the Liberty Building near Riverfront Park.

The marathon is our rustic take on a tasting menu. This offering is a 6 course meal with about 15 plates. Some plates are individual, some plates are shareable and some are just small bites to entice the palate. Sit back and relax as the chef takes the reins and gives you the best and most creative dishes we can think of. We do kindly ask that the whole table participate
