    Although the seafood is fresh, it lacks a lot of taste, no seasoning, or very little, I kept putting more salt, very bland. I really like Garcia’s, love the location, but don’t think I will go back.

    We stayed at the Holiday Inn - and this was the only alternative in walkibg distance. Ok - large portions but could have used a bit more seasoning. AS this is in the reservation there is no alchohol.

    We were extremely disappointed in our dining experience at Garcia's. Our server was not helpful with a request one of us made and told us she could not go ask the cook if it was possible until my brother asked her to do so. Because we were told we could not sub salmon for steak on the salad, we ordered a Salmon Dinner which would be accompanied by a side of potatoes or rice and veggies. My friend and I ordered dinner salads with the intention of putting the salmon from the entree on our salad. After quite a long wait, the men received their dinners and a small plate with an indescribable looking piece of fish (leathery and pale in appearance) was set before us. (We already had our dinner salads). There were no accompaniments with the fish as described on the menu. Our server came back a few minutes later and we told her the fish was inedible. She asked if we wanted another one and we told her no. To rub salt into our wound, I checked out my husband's piece of salmon on his SALMON BLT. It was moist, thick and delicious.
