Chef Chuck Hughes and Chef Christopher Merrick collaborate to offer a mind bending experience at this Old Montreal landmark. Over the top tasting menus in a supremely unique historic building, complimented by outstanding service, an unparalleled atmosphere and deep, notable wine selections.

*Please note that we have a full bar permit, which in Quebec means NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ALLOWED.

    Amazing experience at Garde Manger as usual! David at the front does a great job with his staff. All professional and very pleasant. Food was great. Snow crab brioche was best thing on menu and apple salad! Ox tail agnoletti is a must, I could eat that forever! We got all the desserts and the coffee cake and spice cake are unreal. Look forward to next time! Cocktails by the bartender were also great!

    We visited as a couple. We each chose the chefs tasting menu at $105/person. every bite was a superior experience of culinary delight The attentive staff and delicious cocktails were enhancements to our perfect meal!

    Our experience was indescribable- the staff were exceptional, helpful, and kind. Food was amazing, drinks were delicious. Service was unlike anywhere else, we were excited to dine here and completely blown away by all of it. Suggestions were helpful, we did not feel rushed at all, and hope to be back in Montreal for this again.

    It was the best culinary experience we both had yet. Everthing was perfect. The staff was extremely dialled in and knew everything about that menu. The ambiance was great. The food was out of this world. Each bite had a story to tell. Awesome place. We cannot wait to go again!
