GASOLINA is a lively Spanish cafe, market & natural shop bar serving Chef Sandra Cordero's seasonal breakfast, brunch & lunch.

We have specialty coffee, Spanish natural wines, snacks & tinned fish to stay or to go.

Paella Nights are every third Friday & Saturday of the month.

    PAELLA NIGHTS are a monthly dinner series from Chef Sandra Cordero. The 4-course menu includes a snack, appetizer, paella to share & dessert. Classic & seasonal tapas can be added on the night of, along with wine pairings, beer & sangria. The menu changes monthly & can be made vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free.     The paella was poor. Too fishy. Rice not a good flavor. Rice was dry. A little burnt. The soup, shrimp puff and desert were delicious.

    The place is very cute. Loved the ambiance, lavender coffee was delicious. But ordered papatas bravas and they were just ok. Chorizo and ham were too crispy dry and sauce was mediocre. I’ll come back to try something else.

    I recently was searching for good local restaurants, and this place popped in a few of the lists. The place itself is very cool looking and has a very good vibe. Very friendly staff, too (even without me complaining, they took care of one of our items because my main brunch item came late) The coffee was incredible. The food items had different flavors we were used to, but I do like that element. I still think the egg/brisket dish I had was alittle too runny. I think my biggest complaint would be regarding pricing. We usually pay around 60-70$ for 2 at brunch after tip/tax. Here, even with one of our items taken out, we still ended up with $90+ price. We have friends who would definitely not join us if this pricing continues

    The night at Gasolina was wonderful. From the beginning to the end, service was excellent and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the paella and all the courses delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. They never disappoint!

    Was there for their monthly Paella Nite for the third time. Excellent as always. The only downside is the cost. Tax and tip with no wine, total was $180.
