Gather55 is a unique restaurant that supports the mission work of Hands On Hartford. Each month a different Guest Chef offers a special menu for our guests. Where else can you sample offerings from award-winning chefs all in one meal? Gather55 is in the Parkville neighborhood of Hartford and there is plenty of free parking adjacent to the restaurant.

                              This is a great cause and the food is outstanding. Highly recommend to put this on your dining out rotation. Great for a date night, family dinner or out with friends.

                              Another phenomenally delicious dinner was enjoyed by my friend & I this past Saturday night. I highly recommend the Kale Ceasar Salad, along with a glass of their Sangria!! Their freshly baked sourdough bread, served with a very flavorful butter, is a definite win-win! 😋

                              Thank you!! I want to tell you about April's guest chef. We're lucky enough to have Chef David Standridge from Ship Wright's Daughter, Mystic, CT. He's bringing Crudo of local Fluke, Mystic Bouillabaise and Pistachio Basque Cheesecake. Talk about win-win-win !!

                              Thanks for your great review. On 4/2/25 Wednesday we have guest Chef David Standrich from Shiptwright's daughter in Mystic, CT. He's bringing a Crudo of local fluke, Mystic Bouillbaise and a pistachio basque cheesecake. Come check it out!!

                              We really enjoyed our evening at Gather55. Our server Andrea was wonderful. She greeted us, explained the mission, which is awesome.                               The experience was wonderful. We were a party of 5, first time for all of us. Our waiter, Lorenzo was very good. He explained how the restaurant operates. The food was very good. We all enjoyed eating out while supporting Hands On Hartford. The vibe was quiet, the room is very attractive. The menu is small and changes monthly with the rotation of chefs. There is an option of a Prix Fixe, or Ala Carte. The servings are generous!! We went right at 5 when they opened since we had been at a matinee at a local theater. I can’t speak to the vibe or noise level after 6:30 or so! For our group we have found our new spot for dinner after we see an early show!! The monthly menu changes fit in with the theaters changing shows!!

                              We had a great time at Gather55. The place was busy. The food was delicious. I had Chef Lapat’s vegan dishes. I am not Vegan and I loved them. My spouse had the pork chop again and as usual it was perfect. Our service was impeccable. Andrea is great. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about Gather55. She really added to the overall experience. If you haven’t been to Gather55, you should go. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back next month.

                              It was a filling dinner. The reason to go is to support the charity and cause. At $70 I wouldn't do that every week, but I would go again. Very nice place and lovely staff.
