Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues. It is there, in Brazil’s top barbecue houses, that Ede learned and perfected his craft.
Feel transported as ancient Brazilian traditions come alive in our churrascaria –our house of barbecue– and special place that bursts with authentic South American atmosphere and charm.
Enjoy the rich sights and sounds that echo our unique history and dedication to superior taste, while traditionally dressed servers offer an incredible all-you-care-to-enjoy rodizio -round about- selection of perfectly roasted meats. Our first time here. Food was fantastic and the wait staff and serving staff were exceptional with explaining everything and bringing round after round of cuts to try. Will definitely be back again when we come to the city.

All staff were amazing. Our Server Kristin, was truly a gem! I’ll be in a meat comma for days! Highly recommend!

Was our first time there. Food was soooo amazing, service was fantastic, especially the fella who brought the skewers, who we later found out was the owners son. He was very kind and personable, definitely made us feel comfortable and welcome. Will be going back again real soon!

It was a great time and good food. Very loud music playing overhead. I could barely hear my server over the loud music and had she repeat herself more Han a couple times. Parking is easy. Staff is great. The beef quality was not great but the ribs meat, jerked chicken and roasted pork was simply fabulous. Would do that over and over again. And the cocktails are amazing.
