The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.

We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats.
You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

    A flavorful cuts seasoned with rocks salt

    • Picanha

      Noble part of the top sirloin. Seasoned with rock salt. (Chefs Special)

      • Gaucho Steak

        Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

        • Fraldinha

          One of the most flavorful cuts, the fraldinha comes the bottom portion of the sirtlon

          • Ribeye

            Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

            • Filet Mignon

              A very lean and flavorful cut of meat

              • Beef Ribs

                Slow cooked for about 4 to 5 hours seasoned with rock salt

                • Lamb Chops and Lamb Sirloin

                  Specially marinated with white wine, mint and lime pepper.

                  • Linguica

                    Delicious Brazilian Style Pork Sausage

                    • Pork Belly

                      Crunch pork belly marinated with white wine and lemon pepper

                      • Frango

                        Chicken Wings marinated in beer & chicken breast wrapped in bacon

                        • Grilled Shrimp

                          Marinated with garlic, basil and our special seasoning.

                              Great customer service. Salad bar is very good and has many options. The meat quality was excellent. They also have a great Margarita. Will definitely be back.

                              My daughter (26) made a reservation for us here for our birthdays. We were both super excited. But our big family of 4 were sat a table that can’t comfortably fit 4 adults. My daughter asked to move to a bigger table, it took three different staff members coming to the table for us to finally move to a bigger table. That’s fine but what I did not like is my daughter who is again 26, anytime she would ask for more food, or wine or anything the waiters would look at me and my husband to ask if that’s okay. This happened all night even when they had seen her ID. I haven’t experienced that since my daughters were kid kids. As well as the table next to us had two people in their party with birthdays, they both got desert and the birthday special. This prompted my other daughter to ask about me and her sister. Waiter wasn’t necessarily rude but he kept asking in different ways if it was really me and my daughters birthdays, but when we made the reservation we did put we had two birthdays to celebrate as well as they could of just asked for our IDs again and saw it was true.
