We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

Portion size was very disappointing. The 2 patty smash burger was so small and flat! The portion of chunky chips also very small. My daughter had kids meal and her volume of skinny chips was far greater. Felt quite ripped off paying £14-15 for the smash burger and chunky chips. We wouldn’t return on the basis of this.

First time visiting GBK and won't be returning. Itv was my 16yr old sons 16th birthday and it was his choice of where we were eating. The service was terrible, when the food was bought out and i mentioned i ordered loaded fries not skinny fries which were on my plate, i was told they didn't know who's sides were who's! Once I'd started eating i asked if there was any mayonnaise and a member of staff just pointed to where the till was and said over there! Disgusting service especially as you have the cheek to automatically add on a 12% service charge! My order came to nearly £150 so i promptly removed the £17 service charge as the staff were inattentive and rude and spent their time huddled together at the till staring at our table. The portions were very small. Only credit i can givevis the burgers were very nice. I was aware before i attended that chips, or any sides weren't included with the burger, but considering the burgers were expensive, by the time you add on chips its coming to nearly £20 a person. Not worth the money in my opinion as its more like a fast food chain than a restaurant. I won't be returning.
