We love this place. I hate to give only three stars but last night was such a disappointment. Food was just ok. Service was subpar at best. This is our favorite place for date nights and special occasions. Very surprised. It wasn’t even very busy. There were empty tables. Hopefully it was just a one time problem.

George Bistro and Bar has amazing food, friendly staff, and overall great atmosphere. I enjoy coming here, and the seasonal specials are always a hit. Tonight, I enjoyed the whiskey Horchata, octopus appetizer, miso halibut, and finished with a tiramisu. I always highly recommend this place.

Moved to Florida and month ago and already been 5 times. It is awesome! Have to try George’s Fries, short rib, pastas and the filet. Home made desserts are decadent Bon appétit George (the other one)

Wow! Talk about being over impressed. When we first walked in we weren’t sure if this place would live up to the hype.. but it far exceeded our expectations. Shannon was a wonderful server. The wagyu steak was BY FAR one of the best steaks we’ve ever had (this includes Berns!) Everything was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to mention the $20+ difference in price between the steak on the menu and the special. We totally thought it was worth it and didn’t mind paying it but for some people that might be a big deal.

We love George’s! Nothing is bad here. I repeat, nothing is bad here! I’ve been here at least a dozen times and have tried several menu options. They’re all amazing and fresh! Their brunch menu is perfection!
