    Read a lot of good reviews about the venue but unfortunatley my expectations fell short especially the sharing plate starters,how you can justify £9 for 2 small prawns on the mediterrean Prawns dish with the heads added as garnish is beyond believe,and the potato skins were literially deep fried potato peelings so very dissapointed and the American smash burger for £18.50 well i've had bigger patties in a Mcdonalds hamburger and the the triple cooked chips basically half the portion was deep fried scrapes. This is very unfortunte at the venue was lovely with nice setting and the staff were very wecolming

    Excellent service & food. We were half an hour late but phoned to let them know & it was not a problem.

    The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was good but the fish and chips was divine. The service was friendly, fast and very pleasant. The only issue was parking.

    We always eat well at the George IV. They cater well for kids and managed allergies on our table well. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Thank you

    Delicious food as usual worth the 30 Mins drive every time. All 3 courses were excellent.
