Our chefs are well known for their different styles of cooking that range from Mediterranean, European, Hispanic, Italian flavors and more. Catering is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Georges food has been the spotlight of many weddings and high-end events as well as smaller private dinners.

My husband and I showed up to George’s thirty minutes before our reservation time and were still seated immediately upon arriving on Valentine’s Day weekend. The service, food, and atmosphere were amazing and we can’t wait to go back.

This restaurant is one of the best fine dining experiences you can have in the city of Wichita. I have eaten all over this country in many fine dining establishments and Georges ranks right up there with the best of them. From Hell's Kitchen in California to Firefly in Florida it is comparable to those. The lamb dish I had was so delicious. My wife ordered the scallops and pork belly and it was cooked to perfection. Both dishes were so good we switched halfway through the meal because we liked the other person's food as well and we wanted to eat them both. The cappuccino martini well if you know you know and if you don't you need to know so you need to try it out. My wife had a cherry on top which she said was okay but her lemon drop martini. She gives it a 10-star rating. You must save room for dessert because the opera cake is so good I should have gotten a peace to take home with me. Our waitress was so knowledgeable about the menu items she deserves a shout-out for a job well done. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her the praise she deserves. It was a little crowded because we had reservations for Valentine's Day so that was expected. The only item that needs to the addressed would have to be the chairs to the tables. My wife had to switch chairs twice because the backs were so loose she thought it would break and she would fall in front of everybody. Overall I would have to say this is one of the best places to eat in all of Wichita. We will be back.

The food and service are always great here. My scallops were perfect and the wife’s trout was OK. Our server was very good and even though she was very busy, she was attentive. The only bad thing is it was Valentines Day and the tables were very tight, about two feet apart. This made it very noisy and resulted in being constantly bumped. My fault!!! For booking on Valentines Day and next year will go around Valentine’s Day, but not the actual day.

Waited 20 minutes to be greeted, our waitress had 2 other tables. When we ordered dessert were, i assume forgotten, for 30 minutes while other people who ordered AFTER us got their exact same desserts first. Overpriced for the low quality service we received. Would NOT go again, chik fil a has better costumer service AND value for the food.

George’s Bistro has become our go to for special occasions so we went to lunch on recently for our 40th wedding anniversary and, as usual, were not disappointed! I enjoyed the Lyonnaise Style Pork and my wife the Parisian Salmon. I’ve enjoyed schnitzel many times while stationed in Germany but the gold medal definitely goes to George’s Bistro! Jess, our server, was absolutely wonderful as well while she took care of us. Top marks!
