   Service was excellent, but was disappointed in the food. We ordered mussels and there was almost no broth that came with it. The fried eggplant had way too much couscous, and tasted a little bland. The scallops were excellent but the dish was so salty. Had a fish cake and that was excellent, definitely the best part of the meal. The ambiance and service was amazing though. Overall, the food was fine but I wouldn't say it's worth the price.

   Welcoming ambiance and service. The food was not as expected, we ordered the salad and tuna to start, the salad wasn’t fresh/not crispy and the tuna lacked flavor. I had the fish as my main and it was very dense, everything on the plate was fried or seared in butter. It’s an elegant restaurant with great service but the food needs some modifications.

   We always have a greta lunch or dinner at Gezellig. The food is always creative and delicious. And the service friendly and attentive.

   Great experience and awesome food. Service was above normal and we were made welcomed and not rushed. Food presentation was great and wine selection was amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great romantic evening with that someone special

   Professional service, delicious food, the extra price for a brunch is totally worth the money because of the beautiful decor, menu options and care taken with details.

   I love the brunch/lunch concept - two small dishes, no judgment if you want two mains! Everything I've had has been delicious and well-presented. Pleasant bright environment and friendly staff.

   Lunch was overall a lovely experience. The soup of the day was absolutely delicious but served at room temperature. Once we had it re-heated, it was excellent. The fish cake and slaw was delectable...perfectly seasoned and crispy. The service was wonderful as always. Our server Bill was really lovely, professional and very responsive to our every need. We certainly will return.

    I shared a lovely lunch with friends, however, the food was not as good as a recent visit. I think brunch is a better meal in this establishment.
