Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.

Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 5 Friday and Saturday, Bar seating available.

    The food here was incredible. Everything melted in your mouth and I think most carnivores wouldn’t miss meat one bit. The service was wonderful, the wine list was great and we couldn’t complain about a thing!

    The 2nd visit this time and we were very excited to try their new menu. Drinks: Bramble On (no egg whites) and Tom Ford. Both were exactly what we were looking for and tasted great. Food: Beet Cappelletti which was very nice, and definitely enough for one person. We then went for the Pappardelle Ripiene. This was just amazing, and the highlight of the meal. No matter what you order, definitely get the Pappardelle. It was perfect. We then ended with the Tiramisu, which was fine. The espresso soaked cake inside was subtle yet evident. We are looking forward to dining here yet again in the near future.

    GIA is a wonderful restaurant. The service was exceptional, some of the best we have ever experienced. The food is clean and tasty. The meatballs and brie were the highlight of the meal. The pasta bolognese was good, but it did lack some flavour. The restaurant is bright and cheery. It can be a little bit loud but that is expected for a small space. We enjoyed our experience and we will be happy to return.

    This was our first time at Gia. We absolutely loved everything. The food is wonderful. The wine was great (love the huge fishbowl glasses) and the service was friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to come back!

    We were late getting there and they graciously held our table and continued to allow us time to wallow in the glorious food and company. As plant based folks ourselves 🤭 —we own and operate Stush in the Bush in Jamaica— it was wonderful to experience clean food and a beautiful experience in Toronto. 🙏🏾

    Excellent experience at GIA on our lunch date. The food was excellent, the staff were all attentive, and having a lunch booking made for a quieter environment. We were also very appreciative of the extra care the staff put in to confirm ingredients in the menu so dietary needs could be met.

    consistently fresh, delicious, ample helpings. Staff are attentive, courteous, not pushy. Worth the 1 hour drive from outside the city.
