Food was just ok this time, shrimp cocktail wasn’t great, my wife ordered Halibut and it wasn’t fresh, the steak was good as usual but ordered mushrooms and they were overcooked . Unfortunately had to wait over 20mins for service to clear table and just got frustrated and didn’t order desert.

Meat was undercooked on my Beef Wellington. They no longer offer that great bread basket they used to have with different types of bread. No more deconstructed Cesar salad. Was a very underwhelming experience. Not worth the premium prices.

World renowned, Gibby’s was an outstanding experience starting with a walk from our boutique hotel in Old Montreal. The cold temperatures and snow were magical. The staff was friendly and welcoming and our waiter for the evening was Edmond. He added the perfect touch as an advisor and never rushing us. He was a joy. Our food and drinks were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Montreal to experience this for a special occasion or a family outing. Well done, Gibby’s!

Nous étions au sous-sol il faisait froid. Nous avons dû manger avec notre manteau, très ordinaire pour un facture au dessus de $400 .

Overall everything was nice until the end. When leaving we asked our waitress if they had matches for a smoke and was told the Valet could assist. All 3 valet assistances said no lighters nor matches. So after going back inside and purchasing another $200 gift card we asked the host if they had matches and was told the Valet assistant could help us. I immediately told the host we were told this before and that no one could help us. The host said we don't supply matches . Wow I just spent $450.00 and was lied to twice. This is sad and I do not recommend this business. I will not go back. If they lie about something so small what else do they lie about? Very sad.
