It is the Thanksgiving holiday and the restaurant was steadily bustling but service was on point and gracious. The food was delicious and abundant as always. We had a a family emergency just as we finished our meal and the staff rushed to our aid and were very comforting as we waited for emergency assistance. They helped make the best of a scary situation.

Overcrowded, imposed valet parking without good signage. Parking personnel were rude which was first impression. 3 course turkey special, somewhat dry, small portions. Lobster bisque soup was the best part of the meal. Server was attentive, but slow. Bus staff was over eager to clear before members of our group were even finished. It was quite noisy and impossible to navigate to restroom or front to leave. I was a bit disappointed with all the hype.

Our food was good but not great. When I spend that kind of money I look forward to an outstanding meal. Everything we had was just good not great.

We were seated at a tiny table (for 4 people) in a covered and heated area just outside of the main building. The area was comfortable in terms of heat but the lighting was horrendous. We could barely see our meals and it was lit with a few very greyish/cold bulbs. It was a sad little section of the restaurant. You could also use a better selection of international wines.

Mashed potatoes were runny - steaks were average to taste and size and the cost. Very noisy. Too crowded .

There to celebrate a birthday- seated quickly, had an excellent waiter (Jeff), and food was fantastic! Always a delicious meal.
