   First and foremost our waiter Fernando was amazing he made our experience unique, the food was so good and the choices where great , it was our first time there and Fernando was so great giving us suggestions , would Definitely go back!

   Gloomy day outside when hoping for a better climate for the great view. That does distract from the excellence here. Would have preferred 7th floor to 6th especially since there was construction outside blurring even a more wintry atmosphere than yesterday. All the we ate was 5* from the Waygu steak tartare to the exceptional risotto and my Veal Milanese paired with a nice Chianti. Don’t forget the Cacio y Pepe. Toped off with Baked Alaska and tiramisu with a gifted chocolate cake.

From the moment you step in, the elegant ambiance transports you, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. To start, the warm focaccia was a comforting introduction, followed by the Mini Royal Platter Cotto & Crudo, featuring a half lobster, Alaskan king crab, four oysters, and four shrimp. Each component was impeccably fresh, making for a perfect pairing with a well-crafted Cosmopolitan and Daiquiri. For the main course, the 7-Year Aged Acquerello Risotto stood out with its creamy, rich texture and depth of flavor—an exquisite representation of perfectly executed risotto. Ending on a sweet note, the banana gelato was smooth, light, and a refreshing way to conclude the meal. Beyond the food, service was top-notch—attentive, knowledgeable, and ensuring a seamless experience.
