They told us to come at 1:15, when we arrived ,the owner said the show is already began at 12. There is no show at 1:15 which he promised through the phone earlier. And this kinda things happened TWICE!
The owner did not feel sorry about it and was being really disrespectful to us at all. It’s not about money, I don’t care if you upgraded to a $500 show. I don’t need your upgrade without your sincere apologies . Is not that hard to committed mistakes . And it is not hard to apologize to the customer. Good luck with the business, and good luck for those are coming to this place. Highly NOT Recommit.
Their customer service is terrible, nobody answers the phone at all. We were asking for directions , called them 10+ times. Literally nobody taking care at all.
Extremely bad experience.

Gion Beverly Hills已於2022年7月12日回覆Abusive, late and ignored messages to confirm their reservation until 1am days later. We attempted to explain we did not have an experience at 115 the customer demanded we apologize for being wrong and when presented with the log of our communication that validated our explanation the customer cursed "f**k you and this horrible place" and hurled insults. We tried all that we could to accommodate but all efforts were met with anger. Everyone that day had a wonderful time and arrived at 1215.
