Giorgio Pizza Bar, located in the North Hills neighborhood of Raleigh, offers a local, seasonal approach to both hand-tossed, crispy, sourdough pizzas as well as other regional pizza styles. The food and cocktails were good, as usual. Our server did not introduce himself or otherwise interact with us except to take our food order. His service was perfunctory and therefore disappointing and diminished our otherwise pleasant experience.

I discovered this gem in North Hills, what a wonderful experience! Whether it is their buttermilk herb salad or their meatball deep dish pizza, I rate it a 40 out of 10. I would describe this as an explosion of flavors in our mouths! It was a very pleasant experience for us!

Enjoyed my first visit here. My only complaint was that OpenTable showed no availability at my preferred times, so I booked a little later than I wanted to (before going to a concert), and when I showed up, the place was almost empty! Fortunately, the service was attentive and prompt and my friend and I made it to the show on time. The quattro formaggio pizza was very good and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned.

Great service and some delicious pastas. The Swordfish meal was not the best and one of our crowd couldn't even eat it Great Arancini and meatballs as well as cocktails and dessert

Food service was very slow. We had the same experience about four months ago. We had two pizzas and they were just ok and over priced. Menu has changed and selection was disappointing, and overall prices for everything were higher.
