Prepare to be thrilled at this all-star Italian restaurant located off Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island, SC. Gios Italian Kitchen is family owned and operated since August 7th, 2014. Brothers/Chefs Klodjan & Renato Hoxha run the kitchen while the sister/GM Eri handles the front. Parents are also involved in the business operation on a daily basis. The Hoxha family was born in Albania and moved to the United States in 2003, seeking the American dream. The family has 17 years of experience in cooking. Our chefs make all the dishes with the freshest ingredients and highest quality of product. Gios serves the best marinara sauce and some of the tastiest authentic Italian dishes in the Grand Strand. We pride ourselves in providing quality consistent good food while emphasizing in excellent guest service. Eat Fresh. Eat Well. Eat Local.

    Gios is always a great experience. Food delicious with great menu selections. Food is nice and hot when served. Waitstaff very courteous and well informed. Service prompt. In my top 5 restaurants.

    The restaurant was very nice, our waitress was wonderful. We had the grouper special it was a great choice. We have no complaints and will return. 😋

    Seating was VERY tight. We were a party of two and were stuck in a corner on top of a group of 3. It was good that we knew the individuals otherwise it would have been too close for comfort. Calamari appetizer was cold and like eating rubber bands. We’ve had a seafood entree, shrimp were over cooked and scallops undercooked. Not sure how that is possible but for what it cost…not good at all.
