   Great food with an abundance of options on the menu. Attentive waiter. Hostess was crabby and uninterested. She didn't even walk us to our table. She pointed to a table in the bar

   Giovanni’s never disappoints! The smoked salmon appetizer is a great lunch choice as is the chicken salad.

   Food and service were excellent as usual! Definitely one of my favorite dining spots. The only thing I wish were that the tables were spread apart a bit more. It was hard to hear people at our table with others so close by at theirs. Hard to talk over other people’s voices. Nevertheless a great place to celebrate a special occasion!

   Giovanni's is invariably a cut above average. You are warmly greeted on arrival and that level of attention does not change throughout your stay. The dining room is elegant and service is impeccable. A wonderful place to gather with good friends.

   Food was excellent but when we got the bill, five of the items on the check were charged $3-$5 more than on the menu. When we asked why, were told " so the restaurant could make more money" Absolutely crazy - the bill was $420 for four people.

   We had another wonderful meal at Giovanni’s. Pierre is an outstanding host. The cannelloni was divine. We will continue to visit this gem on a regular basis.

    So we got the open table table. It was like we were dining with the 4 top next to us. It was really a horrible table and could have ruined our meal because the people seated at that four top were annoying. But we made the best of it. Food was wonderful, Kristi service was exceptional. She always popped up at the best time. We split because we wanted salad, pasta and entree. The halibut continues to be amazing prep and presentation. The pasta is the food of dreams. And how can you ruin the wedge. Wine choices are above average with something for every taste and budget. We used to come here more regularly but have skipped over recently due to a couple of service misses. Next time I will call to assure we don’t get that table or be prepared to change plans.
