Our biggest restaurant with stunning views over the river Thames, you can find us at the front of the Royal Festival Hall, only moments away from the London eye and all the Southbank galleries & theatres. Often a queue but it moves quickly.

From bottomless brunch, spot of lunch, breakfast or just drinks and nibbles we will be serving you up flavoursome international dishes throughout the day.

    We went for a dinner. All the food was brought at once with not enough space on the table for everything. The mains were cold when they arrived at the table, and the bowls had pools of water in the bottom. The lady in the front desk was rude speaking only to tell us we had to leave within an hour and we were charged a service charge despite being presented with a sticky screen to order our own food. The small plates were nice, I think if we were to go back (though we don’t plan on it) it would be at a very quiet time and just for the small plates. It was a shame as I have had a nice meal here before, having ordered the exact same thing at the exact same time.

    Excellent service for our large table. Food was quite tasty but noodle dish needed more vegetables .

    It was just okay. Used to be better. Staff were good although one nervously delivered coffee over our babies head. Food not as good as before,

    Very busy and noisy. Food adequate prices not too bad. Brought wrong salad and didn’t replace so gave us a discount which was good. Wouldn’t go back

    Food was ok but not great. Got there at 11:30 and didn’t want burgers etc would have preferred breakfast/brunch options - anyway it wasn’t terrible food just very mediocre! Would go back at that time - breakfast ok but lunch menu disappointing

    The Korean bbq chicken was aweful. The sauce was inedible, extremely strong and ridiculously sweet. I rarely complain about food, but i will not be returning to giraffe for a very long time.

    The food in general was ok , fries were tepid on arrival . The main issue was that the room temperature was cold , so instead of spending time there we ate quickly . Staff were great , giving us a free dessert for my birthday . Would I go back , probably not .
