   I was there years ago and food and service was excellent. This time not so good. Drinks we’re OK but the service was terrible. The food was OK but I don’t think I got what I ordered. I listed a birthday celebration on my open table order and I never received anything for my birthday. not worth the money, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

   Have eaten here many times last 15 years or more (same family seems to be in charge). Little fails like un-toasted bread ( olive oil still top notch) , shrimp tasted like Vietnamese farm raised, Steak & esp. Faroe salmon portions were under sized- -should be better value for the $ . Blame on covid ? I don’t think it would take all that much to bring  it back to yesteryear—but the food business ain’t easy these days . Waitstaff still hustles—- the small space helps out as someone always passing your table . Go for the pasta dishes, artesian pizza, etc… you can still get an authentic experience you won’t find in the casinos !

   My wife and I had a great dinner at Girasole in Atlantic City. We split a Carpaccio Classico and had Salmon Fafalle and a sliced Strip Steak. As always the food and atmosphere did not disappoint. We have been here many times and was a bit disappointed only that, although they knew it was my wife’s birthday, there was nothing done about it. Most restaurants would have at least given her a small slice of cheesecake or something, lol

   First time here. Cool place, great vibe. My veal chop parm was outstanding. The desert was best thing we ate. Formaggio salad had no flavor. I ordered Langostinos and thought tasty not much food/meat to them. Was shocked when I got the bill and they cost me $85. Prob equivalent to 4 shrimp. Unfortunately that lowered my rating for this restaurant.

   Food was excellent old school Italian food and ambience. Place definitely needs an overall with their ambiance. The last time they must have did a renovation was probably on the 80's . Service was okay. A must try.

    Wow! What an amazing meal! Incredible food and menu! My biggest problem was choosing what to order but the family who owns the restaurant was so warm and welcoming - they helped me figure it out! Honestly, one of my best meals at the shore in a long time! Can't wait to go back!
