   OUTSTANDING!!! Giselle is always an amazing time. The vibe, the service, the ambiance and the ENERGY! Took hubby there for his birthday and everyone absolutely enjoyed the experience. Our server Martin was so patient and explained everything, did an amazing job with our large group. Thank you to Mehdi and the entire Giselle staff, it was perfect😊

   The only good thing about this place is food - it was amazing. My bday dinner was ruined by incompetent management unfortunately. When I arrived, I was advised that the dinner table is booked for 2 hours only (it’s not mentioned anywhere when you book it) - for a small party of 5 people this is obviously not enough. The main area of the place is more like a night club with a very loud music, it’s not a restaurant. We were invited to move from more quiet place to this club space after 2 hours to continue our party and we agreed. But we were offered a table which could accommodate 3 people max (when the entire place was 60% empty), I was very upset that my party was eventually ruined with such a poor management. My friends and I felt offended with such an offer and we left. It’s a shame that with a place that has one of the best seafood experiences they don’t have proper qualified staff to welcome guests.

   Food took way too long to come out, couldn’t have a conversation without thinking I was in a club, waiter was disrespectful for our confusion about the tab, and steak was over salted.

   Ended up having to go alone, set at the bar head the Carpaccio and the lobster Thermidor some amazing cocktails, and it was worth every penny. Bartenders are great Monica. In particular, if I recall took great care, and I would definitely recommend it and go back again.
