Gohan Japanese Bistro is a restaurant serving authentic and beautiful Japanese cuisine. The inside of the restaurant is interestingly designed, with a very geometric style. The tables and chairs are all the same pale finished wood and are all cut at right angles to give Gohan a very distinctive look. Gohan's menu is split into several different sections: appetizers, salads, curry, donburi, and tapas. Some of the more popular starters include pickled veggies, chicken karaage, calamari tempura and Gohan's potato chips which are served with garlic furikake. The house signature dishes, though, are the Japanese tapas which feature dishes like Japanese BBQ beef sliders, enoki and shrimp scampi, bay scallops and spinach glass and a Japanese version of an eggplant parmesan that is breaded in panko.
