Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are reopening for winter season on December 15, 2024. Join us for Breakfast, Lunch, Après, and Dinner and experience Executive Chef Senthil's exciting new winter menus.

We have a $50 per bottle corkage fee and guests are permitted to bring a maximum of two bottles per party. All seating requests are noted, but not guaranteed.

This was our second year we celebrated Thanksgiving with GH. Last year was 1/2 the price and was held in the more intimate restaurant. This year was excessively expensive however we thought it would be worth it based upon last years experience however we were completely disappointed. The food was marginal and not what one would expect for $175.00 / person. Protein was ok in that turkey is turkey, the pork shoulder was very fatty and the prime rib a letdown. Side dishes were quite excessively poor with nothing standing out for someone to want seconds. The crab claws were frozen, the shelled crab claws tasted like sardines or pickled. Very confused. The oysters which looked amazing were fat, plump, chewy and were of questionable freshness. The deserts were boring, period. And what was the pretzel table? Terrible. Not only was this expensive at $175.00 / person excluding tax, tip and water. They charged $12.00 for water when we asked for flat tap. $6.00 for an iced tea. $500.00 for 2 including tip as the service staff were very good.

Best food in the area by far and I cannot wait to go back. The service was impeccable and the food on point. I only wish I saved room for dessert.
