GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

Celebrate the start of 2025 with a VIP experience at GŎNG Bar. Enjoy a guaranteed window seat with breathtaking views, feast on a selection of sushi rolls and Japanese hot dishes, including Nobashi Prawn Tempura & Wagyu in Teriyaki Sauce. Then dance away to GŎNG’s resident DJ. Includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon Luminous Champagne for every 2 guests sharing and a welcome drink for each person. A pre-payment of £200 is required. The food and drinks were fine, but not great. The service was a bit slow. We had a to call the waiter several times since she would seem to forget to check in with us. The best part was the view. We had a nice table by the window.

Perfect way to end the day celebrating our daughters 18th birthday. Exceptional service which made her feel very special. A chilled vibe, sipping cocktails, and all with an amazing view.

Wow, what a birthday treat! Everyone at Gong was lovely and attentive. The queue system for getting a window seat was explained to me and it did not take long before I was moved to the stunning scenery. The drinks were divine and I enjoyed a moreish sharing platter by myself (the perfect amount of food if you were starving like me!) Finally, I appreciated the free birthday cocktail shot that I got alongside another couple celebrating a birthday. Was very festive.

We had cocktails at the Gong bar for a special occasion and the staff were amazing. The cocktails were special. We had asked for a window seat and had the most fantastic view of the river and Tower Bridge. Everyone we me, from the doormen, security and bar staff wished us a happy birthday (it was a joint b'day). It was a very special experience.

Une expérience absolument incroyable au restaurant Le Gong du Shangri-La à Londres ! Chaque plat était une explosion de saveurs, et je peux dire sans hésitation que c'était le meilleur restaurant japonais de ma vie. Les sushis étaient d'une fraîcheur exceptionnelle, et le service, irréprochable. Seul petit bémol : le prix du cocktail à 26 livres n'était pas affiché, ce qui a été une surprise. Cela dit, la qualité et l'élégance de l'expérience en valaient vraiment la peine. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un moment gastronomique inoubliable !
