GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

We both very last minute the afternoon that we were going for the same dinner date. Everything was five stars enjoy the night lovely views the food was so nice and the sashimi so fresh best quality love the Sauvignon New Zealand wine. I would love to go back.

I absolutely always love this place for its ambience, setting, stunning views of London, the choice of drinks and great food. Magdalena and John were fantastic and very hospitable. Dr Gulati.

We had a really enjoyable visit made special by the wonderful staff. I visited with my husband and two young children. The children enjoyed some fries and mochi and we shared a vegetarian sushi platter. Staff were very accommodating and the views were breathtaking.

Amazing experience, the cocktails and super creative and actually taste amazing. The staff went above and beyond to give us a lovely table with views, as it was our first time visiting! Plus, they were really friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. I absolutely recommend!

Thank you for the most amazing experience...Evryone from the entrance to the waiting lounge were lovely ...John who was our server was such a lovely person..helped us with recommendations for food and cocktails and they were unreal. The seating at the view was also just beautiful..the day was sunny so the views of London landscape was just beautiful. Thank you for making my sisters birthday a memorable time.
