GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

    Thank you to the Italian and Greek waiters, very professionale standing and a pleasure to talk with. My suggestion: I’ve already visited location similar to gong bar, and when I’ve Reserved with Birthday date, I expexted basically a small cake ad a gift. Like sushi samba do…for free. Also, as I work in the hospitality in Italy, Milan, it is not good to see at the entrance the staff at the security checks, Angry with the guys at the reception desk. I entered without going to them but , Probably ad my mistake, I went directory to the security staff. The reception staff at the entrambe, (The Chinese girl) was amazing! Overall everything good.

    The Ambience was ok, But the service was very poor. Staffs weere not attentive and were not on top of guests, its 2 hours of reservation and the server forget to post our drinks so we have to stay long for our drinks and on top of that they were rushing us, for sure the management is not good. I suggest them to be more and more organize.

    My husband got the tuna sushi roll and liked it so much he asked for another. The view is spectacular and our waiter (from Spain) was also really great and gave us great drinks recommendations. It was expensive, but was still a cool experience and I'm glad we did it.

    We arrived early so the hostess offered us a free dribk in Bar 31. The drinks were NOT free and the smell from the toiets next to where we were asked to sit were very unpleasant. We didn't finish our drinks and then stood waiting in the lobby until we were able to go upstairs. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes early. Once up on the 35th floor it was lovely. Gong was not what we expected foodwise as we booked a while ago and the menu has changed but the staff wored hard to accomodate us as vegetarians. The view and atmosphere are loevly - the staff were brilliant. Great for a few drinks but avoid the bar on the ground floor - they are NASTY!

    ¡Qué delicia de lugar! El ambiente es relajado y perfecto para una cena en pareja o con amigos. La carta ofrece una gran variedad de opciones y todas las que probamos fueron deliciosas. Destaco especialmente el "cheff choice", que estaba lleno de sabor. El personal fue amable y eficiente, haciendo de nuestra visita una experiencia muy agradable. Sin duda, uno de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad.»
