Disappointed to say I am crossing this place off our list for good. It took over 45 mins to get our drinks (party of 4) plain coffee and green juice after being seated, and they wouldn’t serve a mimosa until food was at the table which we thought was interesting. But considering it took well over an hour for our food to come out it might make sense why they withhold the alcohol. We stopped by for Sunday brunch and it definitely was not nearly as busy as other weekends. I paid $7 for a green juice that was straight water, ice and celery. I took one sip of a cup that was full of ice and not even filled to the brim and told my server I didn't like it as it was super watered down, so I asked to swap it for orange juice. She only mentioned it wasn't fresh squeezed and I said that's fine, she DID NOT MENTION IT WAS NOT A SWAP. When we got the check the green juice charge was still there along with the orange juice charge, mind you it's also an incredibly small glass. She mentions they can't comp a juice due to restaurant policy because I took a sip. The supervisor comes and offers me a free dessert coupon on next visit lol, and then provides me a phone number for the manager if I'd like to call them. I ask for an email contact since calls usually go unreturned and guess what, I get an email for someone else since the number provided was for someone on vacation.
They've also recently changed their recipes, my husband ordered the chicken and waffles which we've gotten dozens of times and the quality is just not what it once was. They also messed up my eggs. I'm 8 months pregnant and they served me over medium, borderline easy eggs after reiterating I needed them over hard, fully-cooked.
Not sure if this place is under new management but with these prices you would think there would be actual customer service and attentiveness to your patrons. Extremely disappointed to be crossing this place off my list.
Good folks more like greedy folks.
