Butcher's Block Experience : you can sit down in the best seats in the house and enjoy a glass of Champagne each on arrival. Sit back and relax while our expert chefs deliver delicious courses designed to share, including snacks, starters, a butcher's feast & dessert. Upgrade available : B&G Experience for an additional £20 p/p , Big Meat Cut to share in addition to your Beef Wellington main course Please note that you will be charged the full menu price on the day alongside any extras, drinks and a discretionary 15% service charge. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part or is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, a cancellation fee of the Table Experience menu price pp will be charged to the card provided.

Given the hype we were all expecting an insane culinary experience. It wasn’t that. The starters were ok at best, i.e., nobody enjoyed the over toasted sour dough bread. The corn ribs lacked flavour. The chicken bites were good. Mains, the cheeseburger - at £23 this should have been sublime, it was like the starters: ok. The desserts were the same category. The team were nice and that was the best thing about the place. We will not be rushing back sadly.

The service was bad. We had our starters and one of us has not received it - only after 20 minutes when we all ate our first dish. they were overall lost - maybe this has to do with the fact they were very busy as it was Xmas day. The food was ok but nothing exciting.

Shoutout to BT! Great guy! And the rest of the staff were likewise amazing🤩 Mains were incredible! And the brownie was a fan-fave for the gluten-free amongst us Only thing the music was somewhat loud… Still. Recommended!

After being excited to go here during our trip to London, we were very disappointed. The caeser salad was heavily dressed and tastes like mayo and the beef Wellington and sides were grossly under seasoned. Not what I’d expect for this brand and the price.

The service is always absolutely on point. I had the roast and the potatoes could be better. Bit dry but other than that the food was great. Unfortunately there was a screaming child who it’s parents ignored for about twenty minutes so that was annoying but the meal and cocktails were lovely. The staff really make it special. The mandarin margarita was divine !

Too loud (music was loud, hence people were louder). We struggled to hear each other. otherwise, everything else was outstanding!!
