    The food was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately I think because of the poor management of scheduled employees our server was also bartending and was way over stretched. He was fantastic and worked super hard but he was set up to fail and the service fell severely short because of it. I don’t blame the server but I do blame management. I watched other servers standing in the kitchen chatting with the manager, who was on expo, both of which just looking at our table while we finished our appetizer, didn’t have drinks yet and still no food order taken. It was a really disappointing experience, thank god the food was amazing because the bill was barely worth it.

    Aspettative deluse! Siamo stati in diversi Ramsay Burger e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Questo in particolare, a Chicago è deludente. Cibo di bassa qualità, hamburger senza sale e soprattutto presentato malissimo in un vassoio di alluminio scarno! Ambiente desolante e non accattivante.

    We went with family and Gordon’s team was nice and give good recommendations about menu’s options. We had a great time here.

    We’ll never come back don’t have 45 minutes to wait for an order. We were told that there was a party of nine in front of us, but a burger order should not take that long. We left and no one even bothered to apologize. The lady upfront seemed confused and didn’t offer anything.

    Being a first timer there I had no expectations, I was completely blown away by the amazing flavor of my burger and the fries were very flavorful as well. The entire restaurant was pristine. The waitstaff were super friendly. I would recommend anyone to this restaurant!

    Having been to Gordon Ramsey Steak in Vegas I thought this would have been a lot better. Drink was like a raspberry soda with bad vodka and I only had 25% of it and had headache in the morning. Nachos were disgusting looking and tasting and we sent it back (should have sent the drink back also).

    Overpriced mediocre food with service lacking because of having too many tables at once. Our hamburger was sent back because of being undercooked and fries were cold. Lacked flavor and again, not worth the price
