    The host staff was really rude to all of us. They were not a good first impression of the restaurant at all. If we did not have such a large party, we may have left to find another location because of the host staff. We did not feel welcomed by any means. One of the servers even mentioned to us that the servers do not get the entire 20% automatic service charge and recommended to us to leave extra gratuity. This made us a bit awkward and seemed unprofessional. The food was tasty but rather pricey but to be expected in the area. The lobster risotto was amazing as was the sticky toffee pudding! The restaurant itself and atmosphere were beautiful. Not sure if I would return to this venue to be honest. And we were all very excited to try it for the first time.

    EVERYTHING about Hell’s Kitchen was magnificent. We tried a good part of the menu including the Scallops, Wagyu Meatballs, Lobster Risotto, Chicken, Filet, Mac & Cheese, Brussel Sprouts and Sticky Toffee Pudding! We really enjoyed every bite of food that was placed in front of us. Also, the service was incredible! Even if everything else was terrible— that alone would be my reason to come back! :)

    All of the food was very tasty and prepared properly! Pricey, but we all know that up front! Price Fixe is a reasonable deal!

    We went there for bf's birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. The vibe was energetic with the right music and lighting, the service was great with just the right amount of attention to us. We didnt feel rushed and had plenty of time to have uninterrupted conversations with meals and drinks in between. We both wanted the beef wellie so we got that and the short rib and split both and they didnt disappoint.

    The staff was incredible. We knew going into this that this is a fine dining experience so the prices were expected. The food lived up to the talk.

    Love this place. Food is amazing and worth it. Be aware they do add a 20% service fee that isn't a tip, but to pay their staff and their health ins. So in the end you pay 40% more on your check with tip and servicefee. Plan ahead. But overall, amazing experience. Just make sure to be aware of that as we were not.

    We were seated immediately. Appetizers came out within 30 minutes. It took an hour and a half for our entrees to arrive. The table we were seated at had a broken light so the server brought over a light that went out before the food arrived. Some of our party used their cell phone flashlights to see their food. The food was fair. I’ve never had a dining experience where the sides were the best part of the meal until now. I would not recommend
