Food was not worth the prices. I've had much better fine dining meals for $400 (before tip) for 2 people than I had at Hell's Kitchen. Even ordered their signature dishes. Shame. I was really looking forward to it.

Service was slower than expected. The restaurant was not busy. After we mentioned to the staff that we had recently dined at Hell’s Kitchen Caesar’s Palace, the service seemed to have improved. The food was very good. We were celebrating our 41st Anniversary. We had a nice dining experience.

The staff is friendly and so accommodating! Two of my friends picked beer originally that was okay for them but wouldn’t have been their first choice but then the waitress and the manager came over to help them both pick new beers that they absolutely loved. The dedication the staff has to the customers is fantastic.

There was 7 of us and the meals came as if there was 4. Smoothly and not too long after ordering. Food was phenomenal as always. And service was attentive but not too much We had one of almost all the appies. Snapper crudo was very good. Grilled octopus had nice char o. It and was still tender. Lobster risotto and wagu meatballs and scallops were all well liked too. For dinner 3 had shortribs and was loved. 2 had the beef Wellington and that was really loved. 1 had crispy salmon which was very good. And lastly the grilled branzina which was perfectly cooked. Sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint we shared two and Joe want more. Only thing we were sad about is they no longer have the marscapone cheesecake anymore. It was the best cheesecake Second time at Hell’s Kitchen and 6th or 7th time to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Never disappoints

The ambiance and the service were AMAZING! The food was just MEH….I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for it.

Overall the staff was friendly and the food was amazing! There was an extra 20% charge that we thought shouldn’t have been added. Though we still left a tip as our server was really good and shouldn’t be penalized.

Celebrated my 25th birthday here, and it was such a great experience!! Every single dish was delicious was perfect in every bite, and our server Devin was amazing!! I will definitely be returning again at some point ☺️

As huge fans of Gordon Ramsay and especially Hells Kitched we were so excited to have the chance to try the staples such as the Lobster Risotto, seared scallops and beef Wellington. We were beyond impressed with the food, and to note the service as well. The location and ambiance were incredible as well. The price point is steep and the 20% service charge (not a tip) did the wallet no favors. However, in our opinion it was well worth the amazing experience.
