Food was full of flavour & each burger for our group was delicious, tasty and fresh, lots of flavours, sweet potato fries were the best we’ve tasted, coleslaw was spicy and a must! Food was 10/10 - service was super friendly and each member of staff seem really happy to work there, but the drinks service was very, very slow, we were halfway through our meal and still didn’t have our drinks which we had ordered first….came pretty quickly after a reminder …ambience and lighting perfect! Great atmosphere!

Efficient service, lots of choice on menu. I had the OGR burger with extra bacon and fries which was delicious but I felt it was overpriced and the burger was smaller than I was expecting. I was shocked at the optional service charge being 15%.

Booked at the O2, starter was amazing had the chicken wings, so hot and freshly cooked. Unfortunately the burgers were not great, cold and bland. Chips were ok but for the price I wouldn't visit again.

When we were first seated, the staff were very attentive about my allergy and talking me through the menu about what would be best suited for my needs. I could not fault the food, it was brilliant. However, when it came to the bill and paying, it felt a little uncomfortable. We were first going to pay through the QR code, and discovered that we had to pay 79p more to pay, which I thought was ridiculous. The bill was then presented to us and me and my guest could decide how we were paying. Bearing in mind my guest was still trying to enjoy the dessert, we felt very rushed and that we had to pay immediately whilst still eating as well as the guy wanting us to leave a review of our meal all at the same time, which was very inconvenient. We did pay once we had finished our dessert but the whole payment process felt rushed and I personally got the feeling that the restaurant wanted us out. Food good, service ok. Will have to think to come back.
