We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

We have never eaten in GBK before so were not aware that it wasn't table service. The staff were friendly enough but did not explain to us how to order so we sat there for a while until we realised we had to order from the till or on our phone! The phone app wasn't working so we had to order at the till. The restaurant itself was busy with takeaway orders and staff looked rushed off their feet mostly dealing with those. The food was adequate, with the chips being under cooked and them having run out of the loaded fries I wanted. The burger was lovely and cooked just to our liking, but that's about it. Not great when the only part of your meal that was any good was just one part. A disappointing experience and we won't be eating from GBK again.

Table was ready when we arrived, seemed eager to ask about allergies before we had coats off and sat down. Service was slow, no taking orders (QR Code or up to bar in person), portions small but nice. Wouldn't pay full price for size/quality of food though so will not be back once taste cars discount expires.

We had an awful experience! Burgers weren’t cooked to how we requested, half the meals came and the other half were left on the heating tray and I had to get up and ask for my meal. The restaurant was too hot to sit and eat comfortable. We order stuff on the app for our kids meal which then the lady came to the table to tell us they hadn’t got that available. So we had to change my son’s order! They were so busy with take away orders they couldn’t cope with the handful of people that were in the restaurant. We had come here 2 years ago and had such an amazing meal etc which is why we thought we would come back while we were in the area. Very disappointed and won’t be returning

We booked a table at 16:50 for 19:15. Turned up at 19:15 and even though there were only 6 people in the restaurant, we were told it’s a 40 minute wait due to all the takeaway orders and due to a table of 8 and table of 10 just booking. I said I booked a table as well and they didn’t seem to be aware that I booked online. Very disorganised, almost rude. Why be a restaurant in the middle of Leamington, and then not be a restaurant. Nando’s took us straight in and served us in 15 minutes, despite a full restaurant. GBK lost our business that night and forever, very poor management and service to prioritise takeaways over existing bookings.
