The home of the original gourmet burger
We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

And it starts with the meat. But not just any. Ours are 100% British, grass-fed, hand-selected cuts of chuck, brisket, flank and 30-day dry-aged steak, chargrilled just how you like it.     Booked table for upstairs fir me and my friend who was in a wheelchair. Fur sine reason the waitress was on her own downstairs and wasn't around upstairs I had pre booked it in .

    Very cold venue. We had to keep our jackets on. Very unpleasant. Shame, as the food was good. We booked a table upstairs but were told it was downstairs during the week. We put in an extra request as my wife had a birthday, but did not receive any special treatment or surprise.

    Service was poor, got the burgers muddled up when handing them out and also got 1 of the orders wrong. Waitress stood there pulling the burgers apart in front of us to see what fillings they were. We sat upstairs and seemed to ve firgoten about, we had to ask for more drinks when they came back with the corrected order as they neve came and asked use. Also had to pay £1 extra to have a small pot of bbq sauce. Very disappointed, hadn't been there for a few years and won't be going back it isn't as good as it used to be. Other than that the burgers tasted nice but we're cold as we waited for the order to be corrected.

    The staff were really nice, the food was very tasty BUT the portion sizes were so small and very expensive that we left still feeling hungry! The cost-value ratio is completely wrong. We won't be back.

    Staff were very polite and welcoming. Service was swift and pleasant. The food was piping hot, all delivered together and delicious. Overall, a really great experience on our first visit for my wife’s birthday and pre theatre meal.

    Lovely welcome quick to take us to our table Arrived at 5.45 and explained we had a show at 7 pm The server was so helpful and food was fast and service 5stars we also dine here before we go to the theatre it’s close by and a lovely start to the evening Thank you team GB we will be back We are going to come and have lunch on our Xmas shopping trip as would love to try the New Special Toastie you have Much love Vanessa & Paul Kisby xxx
