Graffiti Raw delivered one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in recent years. From the moment I walked in as a solo diner on Easter Sunday, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The host team seated me immediately, and Tori's warm welcome (after helping me adjust my reservation earlier) set the tone for what would become an extraordinary evening.
My server China demonstrated the kind of attentive yet unobtrusive service that transforms a good meal into something special. Her menu knowledge was impeccable - when I expressed hesitation about the carbonara's preparation, she expertly explained their unique tableside finish where hot Parmesan sauce perfectly cooks the egg. This attention to detail convinced me to order it, and I'm so glad I did. Enrique's flawless execution resulted in the richest, most velvety carbonara I've ever tasted - the kind of dish that lingers in your memory.
The Miso Caesar salad was a revelation - generous portion size with beautifully balanced flavors, the black and white sesame adding wonderful texture. Cocktails were equally impressive - The Bloom's marriage of Empress Gin and elderflower liqueur was sublime, while the White Lotus showcased lychee in the most delightful way.
What truly set Graffiti Raw apart was the genuine care shown by the entire team. When the GM noticed my unfinished second cocktail, his discreet check-in to ensure I was happy with it - and his appreciation for my responsible decision - demonstrated remarkable hospitality.
That tres leches cake deserves its own praise - moist, decadent, and perfectly sweet.
It's baffling that such an exceptional establishment wasn't busier. Between the innovative cuisine, craft cocktails, and outstanding service, Graffiti Raw deserves to be the hottest reservation in town. I'll be back frequently, and will be sending all my friends. A flawless experience from start to finish.
