   Grana provided a wonderfully curated tasting menu using fresh ingredients. The service was impecable; Jorge, the chef, explained all the dishes table side. Afterward, we were able to meet the team and obtained a more thorough explanation of the concept behind the restaurant. It was a memorable experience, and hopefully, he will consider opening a place in California!

   If you're looking for the ultimate fine dining experience with world-class hospitality, look no further! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like honored guests in Chef Jorge’s home. The ambiance was warm, intimate, and elegant—perfect for a romantic night out. Now, let’s talk about the food. A seven-course masterpiece! Every dish was a work of art, but the crab tacos and guacamole sorbet were truly unforgettable—easily one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Each course was perfectly paced, and the flavors were both bold and beautifully balanced. Chef Jorge himself was beyond hospitable, checking in on us, sharing his passion for each dish, and making us feel like family. The service was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. For couples looking for a dining experience that is both luxurious and genuinely welcoming, this is the place. We left completely satisfied, already planning our next visit.    El chef Jorge fue sensacional desde el principio. Me encantó el lugar, la atmósfera, el restaurante es para pocos comensales, y con cocina abierta así que te sientes como en casa. Todo lo que preparan está hecho con ingredientes provenientes de productores locales, y lo preparan en el momento, el desayuno estuvo delicioso.

   This was one of the best meals we have ever had. We booked it at the last minute when arriving in CDMX and ended up having a private chef’s table experience. Jorge and the crew are extremely talented, knowledgable, and kind. The combination made for an unforgettable experience…we can’t wait to come back and stay in their hotel, too!
