    We always enjoy doing tasting menus for special nights like New Year’s Eve and Valantine’s and want to put them on more often, so we came up with ‘Grey Mondays’. Always the last Monday of each month and always a great time. The menu is a shared 6-course set menu for $95 per person +tax and gratuity. You can expect a snack, crudo, vegetable, carb, protein, and dessert course. Thoughtful wine pairings will of course be available. Can’t wait to see you! Please leave us a note if you'd like a vegetarian or pescatarian menu or have any dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, vegan menus will not be available.

    This past Grey Monday was another triumph of the exceptional team at Grey Gardens. These monthly events are a testament to the creativity of the folks in the kitchen, the brilliance of the wine pairings by the somm, and the diligence of the wonderful staff on the floor. The big highlights for me were the fried rice, the honey toast dessert, and the sake pairing. Grey Mondays are such a special place and I wish I could preserve those evenings in a bubble forever to enjoy over and over again. Do yourself a favour and make the last Monday of your month the highlight!

    Wonderful, knowledgeable service, excellent food and a lovely ambiance. Lots of wine options but the staff can help make sense of it

    I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time. Unfortunately, it was not as good as I had hoped it would be. The fish and dip tasted like something I could have made from home. The fingerling potatoes were bland, and the spinach was salty. The egg white/tare sauce on top tasted like hollandaise. This was another dish that I feel could have been recreated at home with the same flavor profile. The ravioli was the star of the night. This dish was incredible! The flavor combination was unique and dynamic. The lemon zest added a little unpleasant bitterness, but overall would highly recommend this dish! The pickerel was OK. The sauce was good, but there was nothing about the dish that made me want to have it again. On a positive note, the ambience was very cozy and the service was nice.

    Always love coming to Grey Gardens every time I am in Toronto. The rotating menu keeps things fresh and tasty.

    Each dish was innovative and unique, combining flavor profiles that compliment each other. We went with our servers recommendation of the venison carpaccio, leeks dish, crab noodles and duck. We especially were blown away by the venison, leeks and crab noodles. I would definitely be back, it’s a nice alternative to all the other Toronto restaurants who create the same five dishes over and over again.

    I've been to Grey Gardens a lot and, as someone who gets asked a lot for restaurant recommendations, I've send a lot of people there - always with great reviews from friends! This was the first time I tried out the Grey Mondays menu. It was PHENOMENAL. So many original dishes, and my friend and I couldn't pick a favourite. It is a LOT of food - so much so that I brought one course home with me. Grey Gardens is a great vibe for friends or a date, has amazing food, and always really good service. Love it!

    Another smash hit at January's Grey Monday. The team at GG is truly unmatched - they are a cohesive unit of talented, brilliant, and kind people who make you feel like the most important person in the room, while simultaneously making everyone feel that way! Last night's menu was another tour de force - the white chocolate and banana dessert in particular is something I will be thinking about for many weeks to come. The worst part about moving away from Toronto will be missing out on these special nights. Love you GG!

    Came for the monthly tasting menu and was blown away. The food was excellent, as well as the service. The ambience was lively, but also comfortable, it wasn't loud that I could not hear my conversations. The servers were also very attentive and polite. Overall I am very satisfied and look forward to visiting again to try the regular menu.
