On arrival, shown to our table by the waitress.
Finally ordered our drinks, asked for jug of tap water for the table. This did not arrive and had to ask 3 times for the water.
Finally ordered our food.
Found the pricing quite expensive as we had to order sides and sauces at an extra charge each.
For instance I paid £15 just for a garlic chicken breast.
Following our order, most food arrived, when 2 of our diners were told that they could not have the chips as the fryer had gone off so they could get a refund on these, no option of having another side order.
We had to ask if we could change the side orders.
1 diner asked for a burger, when arrived it was pink.
Asked if we could have this well done, waitress took the burger back to the chef and we could hear quite clearly he was no happy and asked what the problem was with it.
The waitress came over and asked if the burger was cold, to which the diner said no I just want the burger well done.
Finally got our meals, had to ask for the sauces as they did not come with the meal.
During the meal we could hear the chef raising his voice and another member of staff saying they did no wish to be spoken to like that, clearly some sort of argument between staff members.
Over all we were left quite disappointed with meal and staff need to be where that diners can hear all the conversations going on.

The kitchen assure me that it was banter that got too loud and there was no argument between staff members. We cook the meat to order and I'm very disappointed that we didn't meet our own or your expectations on both service and your meal. I can only apologise to you and thank you again for letting us know. We have taken your comments very seriously and have acted on them with our team.
