Named after our daughter Grace, along with the idea that a steakhouse can be graceful, whimsical, and elegant without being dark and moody. What started as a vision to keep the vibe light and airy while letting the outside in, has turned into an Award-winning design of which we couldn't be prouder.
This menu is truly meant to offer something for everyone, with often found steakhouse features as well as a plethora of seafood to truly highlight the best of the gulf and beyond. Prime, Dry Aged and local Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 40 oz. portions are available to satisfy any sized appetite. Innovative cocktails and wines from around the world top it all off -making Guard and Grace the place to be for happy hour, a couple's night out or your private event.
Our family, or Ohana, is a passionate group of culinary obsessives who strive to make memories that will last a lifetime. Houston is a special city that has stolen our hearts, and from the bottom of them, we thank you for joining us.

Guard and Grace is thrilled to host the acclaimed “Second Growth” Bordeaux producer Chateau Lascombes for a five-course wine dinner that features their dazzling current releases as well as two special library offerings from the estate’s cellar. We will be joined by the Chateau’s new Estate Director, Axel Heinz, who is one of the most celebrated and influential winemakers in the world. Following nearly two decades at the helm of Tuscan icon Ornellaia, Axel is returning home to Bordeaux to bring a fresh vision to this historic house. Come enjoy a rare opportunity to break bread with one of the leading lights of Bordeaux as he shares with us the rich history and exciting future of this famed Margaux house! $165 Per Guest + Tax & Gratuity

Excellent service by Alex! VAmazing steak tartare and Octopus appetizers. Filet mignon with reduction on top was so tender. The sides were very large, shareable portions. Can’t go wrong with the loaded mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts! The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance is perfect for date night or special occasion!

We enjoyed a special Christmas Eve dinner here as a family. We enjoyed the cheese flight & the prosciutto flight for apps. Collectively, our meals included lobster, the pork chop entree, the sea bass entree, and the scallop entree. We shared the brussels and the crab mac & cheese. This was the most expensive meal we've ever eaten or as a family and it was worth every penny. We were too full for dessert, but the options all sounded incredible. To our surprise, the most delicious warm cookies were brought to our table right before our check. Best cookies ever! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the food. Our server Ashley was very sweet and attentive. The place is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall great food and ambiance. The waitstaff is incredible, everyone was so friendly. It was our first time there and we definitely will be going back! The food was amazing as well!

The entire experience was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. We were greeted and seated immediately, and the servers introduced themselves. The staff were very knowledgable about the menu and made a great wine suggestion. The appetizers, main course and dessert were near perfection! Paige, our server was very attentive, helpful, and fun. She made the meal so enjoyable! Overall, excellent!

From the time we walked in the service was amazing! Our waiter was really attentive! We had to rush to a show and he helped us get out in time. The crab fried rice was delicious. Everything was delicious including the red fish & Mac and cheese. Omg the chocolate chip cookies are the best I’ve ever had in my life! I will definitely be returning! Especially for the cookies!
