   When making reservations on opentable I made a request for a booth / private seating in a low traffic area. I got the complete opposite. I asked the server if they could accommodate my request I made during the reservation, but they did not. We went for the 4 course meal and each dish was ok. Nothing spectacular. Over priced drinks that tasted like fructose corn syrup with alcohol. Washroom was nasty.

   We were celebrating a birthday and the staff was very nice and accommodated our request to bring our own cake very nicely. They re lit the candles so we could get more photos with them lit up and then they cut and served it for us. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent.

   Overall had an amazing experience. We ordered the Mushroom pasta, Margherita pizza and the Carbonara pizza. The drinks were okay, we ordered the white sangria and two of the cocktails with tequila. The service was also great aside from the fact that we were asked to leave our table before we received the take out box with my left over pizza in it. It was getting busy so we didn’t wanna stick around and just stand in the middle of the 2nd floor and wait for the box so we just left. The pizza was really good so I was hoping to take it home. They did ask us to leave politely and it was made clear that we only had 1.5 hours to dine so that was fine. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t get to take home my left over carbonara pizza. I wanted to give the service 4.8 stars but we can’t give 0.8 stars so I had to choose 4.

   I absolutely love Gusto 501! The food is always fantastic, the service is exceptional! It’s always my go to and it’s beautiful inside!!

   Great comfort and very knowledgeable staff. We sat by the bar which was great.

   Went as a group of 4 to Gusto 501 and had the Gustolicious experience. Would definitely recommend this. The service was awesome, food was well timed and our server was polite and so kind to continuously change our plates/cutlery. The food itself was good! The shrimp main was especially delicious.

   Gustolicious was worth it! Lots of food for a great price. Nothing was perfect, but everything was delicious. For a moderately priced place, the food was what I expected it to be.

    first time at the 501 location but it did not disappoint at all!! ambiance was beautiful, we ended up seated on the second floor. mafalde ai funghi is my go to dish here and it was every bit as delicious as I recall. also ordered the arancini and polipo to share and would definitely order again. fantastic dinner experience
