Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

    The service was good. Shrimp Street tacos were very good. I had the hatch chicken burrito , it was okay, but I would not order it again.

    Little pricey but it was New Year’s Eve so I didn’t mind paying $19 for a margarita $10 for a bottle of beer I mean how else is guy going to make millions off of hard working Americans

    Bo was our server she was very helpful. I am a picky eater and she nailed it with her suggestions. Also helped with different add ons for my husband who will eat everything. Bo had a great personality and the food was delicious.

    From the service, to the food and margaritas - fantastic !!! Staff is always pleasant and professional. We have yet to order anything that wasn't delicious.

    We ate here twice. Once room service and once in restaurant. We really thought the flavor of the food was great. It was interesting and not just a boring taco. We had trash can nachos, roasted corn, stacked beef enchiladas and flautas. We would eat here again.

    We ordered the street tacos, which were very tasty but 3 small tacos with a small spoonful each of beans and rice didn't seem a good value at $17.99 each. Luckily we paid with Caesar's Rewards Credits, otherwise I may have been hesitant to order the meal at that price. It was tasty but not a great value.

    Had reservations. Took 15 mins to get water and chips and salsa. Another 10 mins to order food and a drink. Another 10 mins for beer. Food was ok. A little overpriced. Wasn’t gonna pay $17 for a Margarita.

    The food was luke warm. It was a cheesy dish and the cheese was no longer melty. I like my food at least warm or better even hot. I asked for refried beans and I got something different (lukewarm) We were given extra knives and not enough forks. The server was obviously overwhelmed and over worked. Although coffee is on the menu it is not in this restaurant and she had to go to another restaurant to get it.
