We count ourselves as fortunate diners to be part of Gypsum Grill's inaugural Sunday brunch. It did not disappoint. And we're even more grateful to have a top tier restaurant open on the Westside. Chef Ryan's creations of Corned Beef Eggs Benedict and the Dutch Baby were standouts. Loved our cocktails; the Hibiscus Tonic specialty was very good indeed. Special shout outs to server Lexi, mixologist Kellie and GM Zach for paying us visits to insure we were satisfied. They're all pros with wonderful personalities. Fantastic ambiance, superb views and comfortable & relaxing environment all added to our enjoyment. Keep up the fantastic work!

We had the baked Brie appetizer, steak entree, and butternut squash entree and everything was delicious. We are gluten free too, and I highly recommend it. We sat by the fire and our service was great. Old fashion is yummy too.

We dined here on Thanksgiving day for their buffet. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and a warm atmosphere, perfect for the holiday. While we were pleased with the quality of the food, the buffet line itself left much to be desired. The arrangement felt rudimentary and crowded and the salad bar, while adequate, was not what we expected. We were hoping for a more vibrant selection of fresh ingredients and toppings, which would have added to the festive spirit. Unfortunately, the presentation of the various dishes also lacked the visual appeal one would typically associate with a Thanksgiving spread. A little more attention to detail in terms of decoration and layout could have transformed the experience into something truly special. Overall, the service was good and the food quality was commendable; the buffet experience itself felt disorganized and could benefit from a more festive touch. We enjoyed our meal, but left wishing for a bit more in terms of presentation and ambiance.

Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. Staff was great. Views at this facility are second to none. We were in the new event center and its fantastic.

New venue for in/out bar/dining & events, overlooking the golf course. The Chef does a great job, and service is outstanding! Like the decor & atmosphere.

The Thanksgiving Buffet was a big hit for our family--wide variety of delicious traditional fare, all served at exactly the right temperature. Congrats! Great views of the golf course, too.
